The Business' Customer service staff was very helpful, polite and professional. They were very flexible in scheduling a service a late afternoon/early evening appointment to evaluate our Whirlpool appliance for repair. The Service Technician, Randy, called ahead as promised to alert us of his pending arrival. He was on time, quickly evaluated the problem, had the replacement part in his van, installed the small motor, and tested the refrigerator. Total time under 40 minutes. Their was a minium charge for the visit, but that was applied towards the total repair bill. Very reasonable and we we now have a practically new secondary refrigerator for use as needed. Our dryer stopped working on Friday night and I called Appliance Master on Saturday morning. I had an appointment for Monday 11-2. Randy called at 1pm and was here within the10 minutes he stated. Very happy with my service call from Randy today. Not only was he on time, polite and friendly, he listened carefully to everything I said about the problem with my washer. While a less knowledgeable repairman might have just spotted the broken belt and replaced it, Randy quickly identified the underlying problem that was causing wear on the belt, and gave me good information on what I should and should not invest in future maintenance for this machine. He even wiped down the inside of the machine, and pointed out a waterline that needs immediate replacement. And all for a very reasonable price.
I will certainly call you again the next time I need an appliance service!

My Samsung refrigerator/freezer was not staying cold and in fact was very warm. I called Appliance Master on a Sunday afternoon and they sent Randy first thing Monday. In the past year I've tried three different appliance repair companies with nothing less than disappointing results.  My refrigerator stopped cooling and i started to panic because i didn't know who to call or count on.
